PUBLIC NOTICE

 PAXTANG BOROUGH – MEETINGS     2026

 

 

In accordance with the provisions of and pursuant to the Act of Assembly of July 16, 2012, P.L. 262, No.  43, the Council of the Borough of Paxtang hereby provides a schedule of Council and Committee meetings to be held through the calendar year January to December 2026.  Unless otherwise noted, all regular meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, the third Tuesday of every month.  Council workshop meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m., first Tuesday of every month except for August.  Shade Tree meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. the third Wednesday of months as noted. All meetings are held at the Municipal Building, 3423 Derry Street, Paxtang, PA 17111.

 

Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation to attend the above meetings should notify the Borough Secretary at 717-564-4770 as early as possible, but no later than three working days prior to the meeting.  The Borough will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation.
