NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PAXTANG
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF PAXTANG, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, to consider enactment of Ordinance No. 2026-690 to adopt a new Chapter 325, Rental Property, and to repeal and replace the current Chapter 325, in order to establish rental property licensing, registration, inspection, maintenance, and enforcement requirements; repealing and re-adopting fees for registration, inspection, and re-inspections; and providing for violations punishable as summary offenses at its regular business meeting on October 20, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., to be held at the Borough Offices at 3423 Derry Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance is available for review at the Borough Offices during regular business hours and on the Borough website https://www.paxtang.org/. Copies of all or a portion of the Ordinance or portions thereof will be made available for purchase at the cost of reproduction.
